About the role
- Working student supporting digital future topics in quality and information security management at Axians. Collaborating on process optimization and documentation with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Support in quality and information security management: Actively contribute to designing and optimizing processes in collaboration with our departments.
- Document processes: Help capture and create process flows — always in close coordination with our subject-matter experts.
- Participate in internal audits: Assist in preparing and following up on internal audits and learn what matters in the audit process.
- Analyze data: Produce statistics and reports that help us improve.
- Update documents: Edit and revise standard/reference documents to keep them up to date.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled: Whether in economics or a comparable degree program — it’s important that you remain enrolled for at least the next 12 months.
- Analytical thinking & project awareness: You have a good sense for projects and approach tasks analytically.
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint are no strangers to you.
- Bonus — software knowledge: Ideally you have some first-hand experience with process modeling software such as ViFlow or Visio.
