About the role

Responsibilities

• You will lead a dynamic development team
• You will manage complex software projects
• You will ensure that quality, budget and schedules are met
• You will guide your team through change and transition processes within an agile collaboration model
• You will provide both disciplinary and technical leadership for an engaged team of developers
• You will clarify technical requirements, define project objectives and take responsibility for validating, reviewing and approving the results
• You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to clarify project requirements and objectives

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in software development within a larger mid-market company or corporate environment
• Your focus is on empowerment: you promote ownership, self-organization and an innovative mindset within the team and demonstrate transparent, open communication
• Strong communication and moderation (facilitation) skills combined with a sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
