About the role
- Marketing & Communications Specialist managing online campaigns, events, and internal communication. Joining a collaborative and innovative marketing team within Axians, part of VINCI Energies.
Responsibilities
- You plan and coordinate online campaigns (e.g. on LinkedIn, social media & the company website), newsletters, and support internal and external communications.
- You create landing pages, perform SEO analyses, and design visual content.
- You take on project management (preparation and follow-up, planning, implementation) for internal and external events and trade shows — including cross-departmental coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- You work closely with internal departments, agencies and service providers, serving as the primary contact for our partners.
- You produce compelling presentations and references, and contribute creative and optimization-focused ideas to our marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent training/qualification
- Several years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally with a focus on online campaigns and events/trade shows
- Strong eye for layouts and visual storytelling, and confident, audience-appropriate copywriting skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and experienced with common graphic and CMS tools (e.g. WordPress, Photoshop, Canva) and social media platforms
- Structured working style, proactive and excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and project management skills
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Business-fluent German and very good English skills
