About the role
- Senior Consultant guiding SAP S/4HANA service projects for clients at Axians. Leading project teams from planning to go-live in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for exciting client projects with a focus on S/4HANA Service within S/4HANA and SAP CX
- Managing multiple sub-project teams
- Supporting projects from planning and concept through testing and go-live phases
- Developing a service strategy by understanding customer needs and applying SAP expertise
- Analyzing requirements and defining the appropriate project approach and implementation strategy
- Developing and documenting process and system solution concepts
- Ensuring projects are delivered effectively, on time and within budget
- Working independently and taking ownership of the success of customer projects
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in SAP CX consulting
- Proficient in both traditional and agile project management
- Knowledge of business processes, SAP CRM as well as SAP CX processes, architecture and technology
- Self-directed, goal-oriented and hands-on working style
- Analytical, conceptual and creative thinking
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, team spirit, assertiveness and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Service-oriented with very good German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel
