About the role
- Senior Consultant in Endpoint Protection advising clients on cybersecurity solutions and project leadership. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance endpoint security and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on the design, implementation and optimization of endpoint security solutions
- Technical leadership of projects in the area of endpoint protection (e.g., SentinelOne, Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Sophos, Trellix, etc.)
- Conducting vulnerability analyses and risk assessments
- Developing security strategies and policies for endpoints
- Close collaboration with IT architects, SOC teams and other stakeholders
- Supporting the preparation of technical documentation, reports and decision papers
- Delivering workshops and training sessions for clients
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT Security or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in endpoint protection / IT security
- Deep expertise in at least one common endpoint security product
- Experience with common frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK)
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and senior-level consulting competence
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel occasionally
