About the role
- SAP ALM Consultant guiding clients in digital transformation processes. Involvement in project management, IT service management, and monitoring tasks with a strong team support.
Responsibilities
- Consulting, analysis, design and implementation of ALM methods and tools for our clients
- Advising our clients on the use and adoption of ALM scenarios, e.g. project and process management, test management, change and release management, IT service management, monitoring and business process monitoring
- Taking on or supporting project roles related to ALM, e.g. project management, test management, release management
- Conducting ALM workshops and training on methodologies and tools
- Supporting our clients' digital transformation, e.g. by increasing the maturity of ALM processes, integrating tools, or migrating processes and content between SAP ALM tools
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience as an SAP ALM Consultant or in a similar role, ideally in consulting
- Solid knowledge of SAP ALM tools and methodologies, particularly SAP Cloud ALM
- Knowledge of ALM-related tools in the SAP Transformation Toolchain is desirable (in particular SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio, SAP EnableNow, SAP Test Automation by Tricentis)
- Basic to advanced experience with SAP cloud architectures, SAP BTP and SAP HANA
- Understanding of SAP system architectures, technologies and best practices
- Experience integrating SAP Cloud ALM with third-party services via APIs – ideally including design, implementation and operation of such interfaces
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
