Responsibilities
- Gestaltung, Implementierung und Pflege interner Kommunikationsplattformen (z. B. Intranet)
- Mitwirkung an der Planung und Weiterentwicklung von Marketing- und Kommunikationskampagnen
- Unterstützung bei Social Media Kommunikation und Content-Erstellung für interne und externe Kanäle
- Organisation und Koordination von internen und externen Veranstaltungen – von der Vorbereitung bis zur Nachbereitung
- Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung interner und externer Projekte - von der konzeptionellen Planung bis zur Aufbereitung für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar
- Exzellente PowerPoint-Kenntnisse und Gespür für visuelles Storytelling
- Erfahrung in Content-Erstellung, Social Media und Eventmanagement
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
- Kreativität, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der CEE-Region
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
