Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for revenue, profitability and the strategic development of the Business Unit
Leadership of two team managers as well as disciplinary and technical leadership of the SAP team in Germany
Implementation of the business unit strategy in the areas of portfolio development, talent acquisition and market segmentation
Steering the sales strategy in close cooperation with the SAP Head of Sales and actively contributing to new customer acquisition
Further development of the service portfolio with a focus on SAP RISE, Cloud ERP and SAP AI
Positioning the Business Unit as an innovative, future-ready partner in the SAP market
Requirements
Several years of experience in disciplinary and commercial management of SAP consulting teams
Proven success in strategic business development and revenue responsibility
Solid expertise in the introduction and commercialization of new SAP technologies (e.g., RISE, GROW, cloud solutions)
Strong sales orientation and experience in contract structuring in collaboration with Legal
High level of leadership skills, strong communication abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset
Business-fluent German (C2) and very good English (C1)
Willingness to travel within Germany; preferred residence in the Munich or Frankfurt area
