Responsibilities

- Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle als technischer Lead und betreust perspektivisch unser Entwicklerteam in Rumänien fachlich und architektonisch
Requirements
- Du hast ein IT-Studium, eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Erfahrung in der Konzeption komplexer Systeme
- Du verfügst über fundierte Programmierkenntnisse – idealerweise in Microsoft Business Central, ERP-Logik und relationalen Datenbanken
- Du kannst komplexe Anforderungen klar strukturieren und behältst auch in dynamischen Situationen die langfristige Systemgesundheit im Blick
- Du kommunizierst offen im Team und kannst technische Entscheidungen gegenüber verschiedenen Stakeholdern überzeugend vertreten
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und weißt, wann perfekte Architektur nötig ist und wann pragmatische Lösungen sinnvoll sind
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – sowohl im Austausch als auch in der Dokumentation
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung oder klare Bereitschaft, eine Lead‑Rolle zu übernehmen und ein internationales Team zu begleiten
