Responsibilities

  • Join as an engineering student in an internship
  • Gain experience in retail site planning and store layout design
  • Work closely with industry professionals
  • Learn how strategic real estate decisions impact customer experience
  • Participate in project coordination and team collaboration
  • Present insights to Executive Leadership Team at the end of the internship

Requirements

  • Engineering, Architect, or Construction Management candidates
  • Junior or Senior level students
  • Solid interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Excellent ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems
  • Attention to detail and willingness to ask questions
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Desire to work in a collaborative, dynamic, flexible and team-oriented environment while managing one's own time and responsibilities effectively
  • Ability to commit to a full-time, 40 hour per week, 10-week internship, with the possibility to work overtime as needed. Including regular and reliable attendance throughout the program
