About the role
- SAP FI/CO Consultant managing S/4HANA projects and supporting SAP configurations. Focused on ensuring project quality and stakeholder communication in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage S/4HANA FI/CO projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with business requirements
- Provide support for basic SAP module configurations (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR)
- Act as the point of contact between technical teams and key users, translating requirements into practical solutions
- Configure and implement processes in the FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules
- Support integrations with the SD module, ensuring consistency across sales, billing, and finance processes
- Lead workshops and training sessions for users and stakeholders
- Identify improvements and optimizations in SAP processes, proposing innovative solutions
- Manage stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and close relationships with business areas
Requirements
- Solid experience in SAP FI/CO (mid-level)
- Additional knowledge of SAP SD (integration with FI/CO)
- Previous experience in project management, preferably in SAP environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Intermediate to advanced English is a plus
- SAP certification in FI/CO or SD is a plus
- Experience in rollout or implementation projects
- Experience working in large organizations or multinational companies
