Responsibilities
Process a variety of endorsement types within delegated authority using multiple internal systems
Adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Manage chats and calls from brokers via the triage queue, providing assistance with basic inquiries
Collaborate with underwriting teams and brokers to obtain missing information as required
Efficiently navigate triage queues, prioritizing the oldest tasks to maintain service standard
Maintain a strong understanding of service level expectations to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience
Insurance background preferred, industry accreditation an asset
Minimum 2 years in a support or operations role
Thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Sharp multitasking abilities and quick to learn new systems
Comfortable with high‑volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and speed
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
Adaptable, proactive, and confident working independently
Strong judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
Genuine interest in building a long‑term career in general insurance
Bilingual (English & French) considered a strong advantage
