(Junior) Digital & E-Commerce Manager responsible for online market operations for AVIA Pharma. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize product visibility and performance online.
Responsibilities
Manage and expand online retail (B2B & B2C): maintain product data, images, copy and promotional materials
Continuously align and optimize content on online platforms and marketplaces
Analyze marketplace performance and product listings and derive actionable recommendations
Support the implementation of brand presentations (Brand Shops) on relevant marketplaces
Monitor KPIs (revenue, visibility, conversion, reviews) and prepare regular reports
Contribute to promotions, campaigns and new product listings in online retail
Work closely with internal departments (Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management) and external agencies
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Business Administration, Media Management or a comparable qualification
Initial practical experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing, ideally in the OTC/pharmaceutical sector
Some experience with shop and marketplace systems
Basic understanding of digital content structures, SEO and product data management
Analytical mindset and enjoyment working with numbers, tools and processes
Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of teamwork
Very good German and good English skills
