About the role
- Developing and configuring solutions on SYDLE ONE for effective demand management while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Creating automated workflows to meet internal needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure processes and forms in SYDLE ONE for demand management, ensuring efficiency and compliance;
- Collaborate with users and multidisciplinary teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions;
- Create and optimize automated workflows that meet internal needs, considering usability, performance, and scalability;
- Implement integrations between SYDLE ONE and corporate systems, such as the Protheus ERP, using APIs and custom scripts;
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents and maintenance requests in the system, proposing continuous improvements to solutions;
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs and system performance indicators, ensuring deadlines and quality of deliveries are met;
- Provide technical guidance and training to users on platform features and best practices;
- Build and customize forms, dashboards and reports in SYDLE ONE;
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems (e.g., Protheus), including REST APIs, SQL queries and scripts;
- Prototype new solutions and test features to improve process efficiency;
- Model process flows (BPMN) and propose automations according to business processes;
- Provide technical support, diagnosis and incident resolution to ensure operational continuity;
- Maintain constant interaction with business areas, IT and SSC management to align expectations and manage changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development or related fields.
- Proven experience developing or configuring solutions on SYDLE and on other low-code/BPM/ITSM platforms;
- Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN), form design and workflow automation;
- Proficiency with integrations to APIs and corporate systems;
- Familiarity with programming languages (JavaScript, Python) and databases (SQL);
- Analytical skills, effective communication and teamwork; problem-solving focus and attention to detail;
- Desired: experience with Protheus ERP or TOTVS integrations; certifications in low-code platforms;
- Desired intermediate English (reading and writing).
