About the role

  • Head of Sales leading and scaling the DACH sales team for AutoUncle. Owning pipeline and coaching talent in a fast-paced automotive tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial performance of the DACH region
  • Build, develop, and scale a strong, ambitious sales team of Key Account Managers
  • Lead pipeline creation, deal execution, and structured sales planning across the region (field-sales, video meetings, industry events)
  • Coach your team through customer conversations and deal strategy
  • Maintain high standards for activity, CRM hygiene, and accountability
  • Act as regional ambassador at industry events and strategic forums

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience in the automotive/mobility sector or a related digital/tech environment
  • Deep understanding of dealership economics and operations
  • Experience selling to dealership groups and working directly with decision-makers
  • Track record of hiring, developing, and, when necessary, letting go of salespeople
  • Ability to work independently in a fast moving environment
  • Comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on execution
  • Natural coaching instincts and a habit of joining customer conversations when it matters most
