About the role
- Head of Sales leading and scaling the DACH sales team for AutoUncle. Owning pipeline and coaching talent in a fast-paced automotive tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial performance of the DACH region
- Build, develop, and scale a strong, ambitious sales team of Key Account Managers
- Lead pipeline creation, deal execution, and structured sales planning across the region (field-sales, video meetings, industry events)
- Coach your team through customer conversations and deal strategy
- Maintain high standards for activity, CRM hygiene, and accountability
- Act as regional ambassador at industry events and strategic forums
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience in the automotive/mobility sector or a related digital/tech environment
- Deep understanding of dealership economics and operations
- Experience selling to dealership groups and working directly with decision-makers
- Track record of hiring, developing, and, when necessary, letting go of salespeople
- Ability to work independently in a fast moving environment
- Comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on execution
- Natural coaching instincts and a habit of joining customer conversations when it matters most
