- Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Liaising with internal teams (e.g., IT system architects and Service Owners) to identify system requirements.
- Working with operational teams to establish IT support processes, standards, systems, and procedures.
- Investigating the causes of non-conforming IT operations and taking corrective actions.
- Tracking quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
- Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing IT services to meet customer needs.
- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management or related fields
- More than 5 years of working experience in the IT area.
- Advanced English: Spoken, Written & Reading.
- Core tools knowledge is a plus.
- Certifications in ITIL foundation and COBIT are a plus.
