Responsibilities
Develop, update and control project schedules, defining milestones, deliverables and critical paths;
Monitor the physical progress of construction and project phases, ensuring adherence to the plan;
Identify deviations in schedule, cost and scope, proposing and tracking corrective action plans;
Participate in integrated project management, overseeing projects from the study and design phases through project delivery;
Coordinate the flow of information among involved departments (engineering, operations, procurement, legal, finance and third parties);
Ensure that prerequisites for each project phase are met;
Conduct project monitoring routines, facilitating status and alignment meetings with stakeholders;
Manage project risks by identifying and assessing impacts and defining mitigation strategies;
Control scope changes, evaluating impacts on schedule, cost and execution;
Keep project documentation organized and up to date;
Prepare executive reports and performance indicators for management monitoring.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields;
Experience in project management and/or construction planning;
Proficiency in MS Project;
Proficiency in Excel;
Postgraduate degree in Project Management (preferred).
