Responsibilities

  • Join our dynamic Full Stack Development team and play a pivotal role in shaping Autofleet's cutting-edge Optimization Platform.
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of full-stack developers, fostering growth through hands-on leadership and strategic hiring of top-tier talent.
  • Architect and Build: Design, develop, and scale Autofleet's platform from the ground up, focusing on high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Enhance UX/UI: Collaborate with the design team to craft and iterate on intuitive UI/UX components that elevate user experience and interface design.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Management to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and plan sprints that align with business goals.
  • Customer-Focused Development: Partner with customer technical teams to ensure smooth deployment, integration, and ongoing technical support for our solutions.
  • Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and adopting new technologies that push the boundaries of our product, supporting both innovation and product rollouts.
  • Develop Mobile Solutions: Lead the development of hybrid mobile applications and their surrounding ecosystem, delivering flexible and powerful solutions for our users.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Software Developer and at least 2 years of experience in team management.
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end (E2E) development projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong track record of architecting and developing large-scale, high-performance products or services.
  • Proficiency with Node.js and web frameworks.
  • Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular 2, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with React Native, iOS, or Android development is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable architecture and deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on simplifying complex challenges and delivering solutions efficiently.
  • BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
