- 顧客の技術戦略や中長期的な課題を理解し、継続的な価値提供を通じてアカウントの成長を支援する
- 業界内でのプレゼンス向上を目的に、イベント登壇や外部発信を含むマーケティング活動を技術面から支援する
- 製品・サービスの技術的な強みやユースケースを伝えるマーケティング資料・コンテンツの作成および監修を行う
- 顧客との対話を通じて得られたフィードバックを収集・整理・分析し、プロダクトチームと連携しながら、顧客ニーズや市場の視点をプロダクト改善およびロードマップに反映させる
