About the role
- As a DevOps & Backend Engineer, you'll ensure Shopware projects run reliably. Work with a team to automate and enhance eCommerce solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Shopware projects run with high performance, security, and reliability
- Take responsibility for operating and automating development and hosting environments
- Support the backend team in implementing complex customer requirements
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and architects
- Contribute technically to the design of DevOps standards, tools, and automations
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration
- Experience with Docker, reverse proxies, and deployment workflows
- Proficient with Git and CI/CD setups
- Knowledge of network and server security
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
- Several years of experience in object-oriented PHP development
- Strong knowledge of Symfony, Twig, and MySQL
- Experience with Shopware 6
- Experience with REST API design and system integration
- Basic frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Vue.js desirable)
