About the role

  • Analista de Controle e Gestão I supporting asset management processes in a hybrid energy generation company. Ensuring process standardization aligned to ISO 55001 for decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Map asset management processes (planning, operation, maintenance, reliability, CAPEX)
  • Document processes using flowcharts, management procedures and work instructions
  • Standardize templates, forms and asset management tools
  • Update process documentation in response to operational or regulatory changes
  • Support identification of bottlenecks, redundancies and opportunities for simplification
  • Create process vs. responsible matrix (RACI)
  • Deliver mapped and documented processes, updated procedures, flowcharts, RACI matrix, action plan tracking and institutional information control
  • Establish controls to ensure regulatory (ANEEL, ONS) and normative compliance (ISO 55001, ISO 9001) – Letters, Notifications, Technical Notes and other relevant documents for the VP
  • Support preparation and follow-up for internal and external audits
  • Consolidate documentary evidence for audits and certifications
  • Maintain records of non-conformities and corrective/preventive action plans
  • Monitor resolution of gaps identified in audits
  • Organize the library of normative documents (standards, regulations, procedures)
  • Ensure document traceability and version control
  • Deliver documented controls, organized evidence, tracked action plans and audit records
  • Support structuring the asset lifecycle management (acquisition, operation, maintenance, modernization, decommissioning)
  • Collect and organize information on asset history, condition and performance
  • Support life cycle cost analysis (LCC - Life Cycle Cost)
  • Update register of critical and strategic assets
  • Support definition of criteria for replacement, refurbishment or decommissioning of assets
  • Document lessons learned on acquisition, operation and decommissioning
  • Deliver updated asset register, life cycle analyses and documented lessons learned
  • Organize and maintain repository of technical documents (manuals, drawings, catalogs, certificates) and executive documents (Board Letters, Board Meeting minutes, Investor Reports, among others)
  • Structure document naming, versioning and access control
  • Digitize critical physical documents (when applicable)
  • Prepare executive materials for meetings, gatherings and workshops
  • Support the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base (SharePoint, etc.)
  • Ensure availability of technical documents for operation and maintenance teams according to established standards
  • Control validity of certificates, calibrations and asset licenses, KPIs for reports, CREA, permits, etc.
  • Deliver an organized repository, accessible documents and updated validity controls

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in: Engineering (any discipline), Business Administration, Quality Management or other related fields
  • Preferred:
  • Postgraduate/MBA in: Asset Management, Quality Management, Maintenance Engineering, Process Management or Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience in the energy sector (generation) or capital-intensive industries (mining, steelmaking, oil & gas)
  • Experience with NBR/ISO standards
  • Lean Office experience
  • Experience with SAP PM, CMMS
  • Physical asset management experience
  • Process mapping
  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Technical documentation
  • Basic quality management
  • Organization and control
  • Basic data analysis
  • Preferred:
  • Process mapping tools (Bizagi, Lucidchart, Draw.io)
  • SAP PM (maintenance module)
  • ISO standards (55001, 9001, 14001)
  • Lean Six Sigma or Lean Office
  • SharePoint or document management systems
  • Basic Power BI (desirable for indicator analysis)
