About the role
- Structural Engineer supporting lifecycle of engineering design at Aurecon. Ensuring outputs meet project requirements and facilitating diverse teamwork on complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the full lifecycle of structural engineering design—from conceptualisation to detailed analysis
- Ensure that all outputs meet project requirements and client expectations
- Take initiative in managing assigned responsibilities proactively
- Ensure accountability for deadlines, quality of work and timely follow-ups
- Perform conceptual design for architectural, foundation & structural works and detailed design as required by project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Structural or equivalent
- BEM registration as Graduate Engineer
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years’ experience in a technical position in an engineering consulting firm
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Preferably with knowledge of engineering software and their limitations including STAADPRO,TEDDS and other relevant analysis and design software i.e. STAADPRO foundation, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE etc
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
