About the role

Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for projects from initial design to construction and final review
- Collaborating with other design disciplines to ensure design integrity
- Managing projects or project components, budgets, schedules, quality assurance and client feedback
- Assisting in workload management and resource forecasting
- Reviewing and ensuring compliance with drawings, reports, specifications, etc.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients
Requirements
- Graduated from university with a major in Electrical Engineering/Automation Engineering
- 3++ years of experience in electrical design including low voltage systems
- Experience in HV/MV systems, Switchboard design, motor control (preferred)
- Experience in Instrumentation design (i.e I/O List, loop wiring diagram, PLC schematic) (preferred)
- Experience in using software such as: AutoCAD, MicroStation, MS, Word, Excel, AGI32, Dialux
- Understanding both Vietnamese and international design standards
- Strong communication skills in English (both speaking and writing)
- Understanding of data/document management systems/processes (preferred)
- Good discipline awareness and modern working style
