Responsibilities

  • Support for the registered nursing professional in their daily work with and for the patients
  • Organizing and facilitating patients' daily activities (crafts, reading aloud, conversation, assistance with household tasks, etc.)
  • Performing household duties for the shared residential unit
  • Assisting with treatment-related nursing tasks and performing basic nursing care activities

Requirements

  • Completion of the one-year nursing assistant training is desirable but not mandatory
  • Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team
