Responsibilities
You will lead and take responsibility for CRM projects from requirements analysis through to successful implementation
Design and configure tailored CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service or Field Service
Manage the project team and external service providers
Support projects from A to Z and leverage the latest technologies to solve technical challenges
Key account management, including identifying opportunities for further development
Actively contribute to the development of our CRM strategy and our Microsoft Dynamics 365 portfolio
Requirements
Several years of experience in consulting or project management in IT, CRM or Business Intelligence (BI), with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Solid knowledge and practical experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service or Field Service
Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented, independent working style that enables you to lead projects with enthusiasm and responsibility
Motivation to work on exciting client projects with modern technologies and to avoid routine
Team spirit, strong communication skills and a customer-service focus
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
