About the role
- Analista de Orçamento e Planejamento supporting cost management and planning logistics in construction projects in Brazil. Engaging in budgeting and supplier management activities.
Responsibilities
- Budgeting for construction projects
- Assist in preparing budgets for new construction and renovation projects
- Prepare quantity take-offs from construction/executive drawings
- Request and organize quotes from suppliers and service providers
- Develop comparative bid analysis matrices
- Support in defining contracting strategies by discipline
- Develop cost intelligence and a price reference database
- Create and organize templates, spreadsheets and budgeting workflows
- Structure a supplier database and proposal history
- Develop cost indicators by project typology or service
- Identify and onboard new suppliers and specialized partners
- Evaluate technical capability, reputation and market track record
- Classify and organize suppliers by specialty
- Support the development of a reliable network of service providers
- Support the structuring of construction schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urbanism, Production Engineering or related fields
- Advanced Excel
- MS Project or other planning/scheduling tools
- AutoCAD or proficiency in reading CAD drawings
- Experience with budgeting software/spreadsheets (Sienge, TCPO or similar) is a plus
- Experience in the high-end construction market
