Tribe UX Designer working in the Connected Solutions field to design modern user interfaces. Collaborating with teams to enhance user experience in the Atruvia Hub.
Responsibilities
You analyze, conceptualize and design modern, engaging user interfaces within agile development teams and optimize the user experience along customer journeys in the Atruvia Hub, the central access portal to services such as information management, shop and administration tools.
You elevate the UX designs of our products in the Tribe Solution Management and ensure that the user perspective is incorporated to create an intuitive and efficient experience.
In addition to taking ownership of design work, you advise and support teams in user-centered UX and UI design and serve as the primary point of contact for Product Owners, development teams and stakeholders.
You create prototypes (e.g., wireframes, mockups) and visual designs in line with style guide specifications and support the implementation of complex requirements into user-focused solutions.
In continuous collaboration with the internal UX community, you contribute to the further development and enforcement of UX and UI standards.
Requirements
You hold a degree in visual communication, digital media or interaction design and have several years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design, or an equivalent qualification.
You have strong expertise in implementing interaction design, mockups, prototypes and visual design, and are experienced with Figma.
You possess solid methodological knowledge in user experience, user research and agile project work and are familiar with the necessary tools such as Jira and Confluence.
You have business-fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
Your analytical mindset and actions are consistently customer-focused, and you operate with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
A motivated, agile working style, strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities complete your profile.
