Fullstack Developer in e/m Commerce team creating innovative banking applications for over 30 million users. Working with cross-functional teams on digital solutions from idea to production.
Responsibilities
As a member of the e/m Commerce team, you shape the entire software lifecycle for online payment solutions such as Wero — from the initial idea through development and testing to production.
You develop backend interfaces and design scalable, high-performance microservices for our software solutions, using AI tools to make your development more efficient and future-proof.
You translate design concepts from Figma into high-quality implementations, with a strong focus on accessible and user-friendly applications.
You design and architect REST APIs, perform database analyses, and optimize our CI/CD processes using Git as the deployment platform.
You take responsibility for the quality of your work, secure it through unit tests and code reviews, and actively drive the further development of our application landscape in line with our IT target architecture.
Requirements
You have a degree in computer science and several years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification.
You have development experience with Java (from version 17), Spring Boot, Figma, and Angular (from version 21), as well as a solid understanding of OpenShift based on Kubernetes.
Experience working with Git, GitLab, and designing deployment pipelines is part of your skill set.
You have experience with Oracle and DB2z, and ideally a basic understanding of Domain-Driven Design.
You have business-fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
You are communicative, like to look beyond the immediate task by questioning existing processes, and actively contribute your problem-solving skills to the team.
