Requirements
- Extensive experience building complex web applications with React and modern frontend ecosystems.
- Strong proficiency in backend development, specifically with Kotlin and Express.js (experience with Java is also welcome).
- Proven experience working with distributed messaging systems, specifically Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
- Solid understanding of DevOps processes.
- Professional fluency in English and a track record of working effectively in distributed, international teams.
