- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured), message queue validation (Kafka, GCP Pub/Sub), and data validation using SQL/BigQuery.
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, K6, LoadRunner) with an ability to simulate warehouse workloads and measure end-to-end latency.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and containerized test environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of observability and tracing tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Dynatrace alternatives) for QA monitoring.
- Experience testing mobile and RF applications on Honeywell, Zebra, or Android-based devices.
- Experience in using AI tools for quality engineering work including test case generation, test data generation, automation, code-refactoring.
- Demonstrated success in leading QA teams using Agile/Scrum or Scaled Agile (SAFe).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially across multi-functional technical teams.
