Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales, Portfolio, and Delivery teams to design intelligent, data-driven solutions that help customers leverage data, analytics, and AI to transform operations, accelerate innovation, and improve decision-making.
- Define architectures integrating data platforms, AI models, and autonomous agent frameworks to enable scalable, secure, and ethical AI deployments across industries.
- Guide customers in modernising their data ecosystems and operationalising AI through governed, repeatable, and measurable service.
Requirements
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in data architecture, analytics, or AI solution design, ideally within presales or consulting, with deep expertise in data platforms, governance, and AI/ML system design.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-as-a-Service and AI platform solutions in hybrid or managed service environments, including familiarity with agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, and AI lifecycle frameworks (MLOps, LLMOps, DataOps).
- Proven presales experience with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to articulate complex technical solutions, integrate cloud-native AI services and open frameworks (MLflow, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs), and ensure ethical, compliant AI deployments in regulated industries.
- Degree-qualified in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical discipline.
- Professional certifications in data, AI, or architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DAMA, Azure/AWS/GCP AI) are desirable.
