Responsibilities
- Developing on a large and complex Java based solutions
- Working on key components of the solution in multi-cultural environment
- Active contributor throughout the full software development lifecycle from ideation, analysis, and technical design, through hands‑on implementation, testing and deployment, to measuring and iterating on the success of the solutions you deliver.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
- Experience with software development in Java, Spring Boot, Maven etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and effective in cross‑functional teams through clear communication and reliable delivery
- Curious, with the ability and motivation to independently learn new technologies
- Self‑driven, with ownership over features from design to deployment
- Attention to code quality, maintainability, and data privacy principles
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) and Croatian are mandatory.
