Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience leading engineering teams or complex projects.
- Proven track record as a Lead Python Engineer or Senior Python Developer, with expertise in delivering production solutions.
- Deep hands-on experience with Python and Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, etc.).
- Strong architectural and problem-solving skills, especially in cloud-native environments.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English.
