- Write associated deliverables: technical specifications, test plans, documentation
- Implement development work, write unit tests, and ensure the quality of delivered code
- Participate in the team's agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives...)
- Provide expertise on technical choices, performance, and optimization
- Mentor more junior colleagues on best practices and architecture
Requirements
- Proven experience in Java development (Spring, JEE, J2EE, Quarkus, Angular)
- Strong command of development best practices, testing, documentation, and code quality
- Ability to make technical decisions, guide a team, and upskill others
- Desire for stability and long-term career projection
