Responsibilities
Standardize and organize customer data so onboarding and daily operations run smoothly
Support our Customer Success Managers in handling requests and keeping things moving
Improve internal docs and the external help center, help people help themselves
Take ownership of milestone- or project-specific initiatives that make a real difference
Occasionally prep decks, dashboards, and KPIs for customer meetings
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Some experience in consulting, operations, or a similar role (internship or working student)
Excel and PowerPoint skills you can actually use
German mother tongue
Analytical, conceptual, structured, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
