About the role

  • Working Student supporting Customer Success operations for atmio focused on customer onboarding and data management. Aiming to enhance customer experience while supporting compliance with EU regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Standardize and organize customer data so onboarding and daily operations run smoothly
  • Support our Customer Success Managers in handling requests and keeping things moving
  • Improve internal docs and the external help center, help people help themselves
  • Take ownership of milestone- or project-specific initiatives that make a real difference
  • Occasionally prep decks, dashboards, and KPIs for customer meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Some experience in consulting, operations, or a similar role (internship or working student)
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills you can actually use
  • German mother tongue
  • Analytical, conceptual, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
