About the role

  • Regionalleitung in der außerklinischen Intensivpflege mit Fokus auf Qualität und Teamführung. Verantwortlich für die Anleitung, Prozessoptimierung, und Hygienemanagement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional guidance and support to the team
  • Ensure and continuously monitor high-quality standards across the entire care process
  • Foster a leadership culture based on appreciation, authenticity, and humor: collaborative leadership that empowers and motivates the team
  • Provide trustworthy advice and empathetic support to our clients and their relatives in all matters
  • Actively contribute to and optimize workflows
  • Participate in exciting projects and implement and integrate innovative concepts
  • Responsible for hygiene management, care rounds, and forward-looking staff scheduling

Requirements

  • Completed training as a geriatric nurse, registered nurse (health and nursing), or certified nursing professional
  • Advanced training in anesthesia and intensive care nursing or qualification as a nursing specialist
  • Successfully completed further training as a Nursing Service Manager (Pflegedienstleitung, PDL) in accordance with § 71 SGB XI
  • Solid experience in out-of-hospital intensive care and confidence in caring for ventilator-dependent patients
  • Qualification according to the S2 guideline (out-of-hospital ventilation) or at minimum the DIGAB basic course
  • A confident and convincing manner combined with strong professional and interpersonal skills
  • Team player, strong conflict-resolution skills, and a high degree of reliability
  • A cooperative, motivating, and appreciative leadership style that strengthens and supports your team
  • A strong identification with your profession and enjoyment in taking responsibility together with your team
