About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your journey. We’ll give you direction and support, but much of your internship will depend on what you choose to explore and where you want to grow.
  • Learn what it truly means to be a product designer, from framing problems and balancing usability, feasibility, and business value to collaborating with engineers and fellow designers, getting feedback on your work in design review sessions, and continuously refining your ideas.
  • Progress from smaller, guided tasks to more complex challenges as you gain confidence and experience.
  • Become part of an existing team or initiative and work on real design problems that shape the product and reach our users.
  • Experience what it’s like to design in a B2B enterprise environment, working within a large system, understanding business metrics, and learning how great design drives real outcomes.

Requirements

  • You are **self-driven and proactive**. You have a sense of ownership with the ability to explore what options are out there to make an impact.
  • You communicate clearly in English. You are **open to feedback** and eager to learn.
  • You understand that ambiguity and setbacks are a regular part of the design process and can handle them.
  • You are genuinely **interested in product design**, complex products, B2B, and design systems.
  • You understand basic interaction design principles and are comfortable in Figma. You have some experience with UI design.
  • You enjoy understanding complex systems and making them simple.
  • You are organised and **manage your time and priorities**.
