About the role

Responsibilities

- Analyze and evaluate available market data
- Consistently implement company strategy and develop target-group-specific measures
- Create account plans and use the allocated budget purposefully and efficiently
- Work closely with First Line Sales Managers, Medical Science Liaisons and Marketing
- Develop and deliver innovative continuing education concepts
- Participate in congresses, sponsorships and events
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or a natural science, or qualification as a certified pharmaceutical representative
- Several years of experience supporting specialist physicians in hospitals and private practice
- Expertise in respiratory therapy areas or other specialty-care fields (e.g., rheumatology)
- In-depth knowledge of products, market structures and customer requirements
- Proven experience in account management and strategic customer development
- Strong team skills, excellent communication and confident presence
- High flexibility, willingness to travel and an independent working style
- Very good MS Office skills, fluent German and good English
