Responsibilities
Provide scientific, evidence-based therapeutic support and advice to cardiology specialists in hospitals and private practices.
Analyze and evaluate available market data, for example through market and potential analyses, to identify opportunities and developments in the market.
Consistently implement the company strategy through tailored measures such as continuing education and training concepts — always aligned with the needs of the respective target groups and customers.
Develop well-founded account plans with optimal use of budget — in close coordination with Medical, Marketing and Therapy Area Specialists from other regions.
Implement account strategies and plans in strict compliance with all internal and external policies and applicable codes.
Work closely with First-Line Sales Managers, Medical Science Liaisons and Marketing to gather relevant stakeholder insights and to optimize cross-functional activities.
Design and implement innovative training formats that specifically address current customer needs.
Actively participate in congresses, sponsorships and events — both to strengthen customer relationships and for professional development.
Requirements
A completed degree in business administration or a natural science — alternatively certification as a pharmaceutical representative or an equivalent qualification.
Experience supporting specialist physicians in hospitals and practices as a field representative, with solid knowledge in specialized therapy areas such as cardiology.
Deep knowledge of products, markets and customers.
Experience in account management and strategic customer development.
Strong team orientation, excellent communication skills and a confident professional presence.
High flexibility and willingness to travel.
Very good MS Office skills as well as fluent German and good English skills.
