- 负责非标门/防火门/防盗门/特异性门等定制产品开发设计、工艺设备优化改进工作;
- 负责系统门窗、智能门窗、特种门窗技术支持及相关认证工作。
- 主导完成重大工艺技术改进,包括但不限与产品结构改进,设备技改、自动化改进以及产线布局改善。
- 主持公司技术资质申报及管理工作
- 推动专利申请、技术成果转化与知识产权布局。
- 处理生产异常,提供技术支持和解决方案
- 负责参加国家及行业相关标准制定及产品合规管理工作。
- 遵守PPCD的EHS(环境、健康和安全)规定。
Requirements
- 机械设计相关专业本科以上学历,10年以上门、窗、锁结构设计经验
- 精通Solidworks/Creo/AutoCAD等设计工具,熟悉冲压、注塑、压铸等工艺及行业标准
- 具备强烈的项目管理意识,熟练掌握常用项目管理工具(如MS Project, Jira, PDM/PLM系统),能有效规划任务、管理进度和控制风险.
- 出色的跨部门沟通和协调能力,能够清晰地进行技术阐述和辩论,具备以数据驱动决策的能力
- 具备解决复杂技术问题的结构化思维和推动力,能领导团队攻克技术难关
- 熟悉行业主流技术和结构设计方式,有大型门企技术负责人经历者优先。
- 熟悉 GA、GB/T、GB、UL、EN 等国内外标准体系
