About the role

  • Customer Sales Representative managing customer orders and inquiries for Italian-speaking clients. Working in a dynamic environment at a globally growing electronic distribution company.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Order-to-Invoice process
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers, providing after-sales support (primarily via email, occasionally by phone or chat)
  • Order management and backlog monitoring
  • Handling and responding to customer requests and backlog changes
  • Coordinating with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics
  • Ensuring On-Time Delivery in line with customer and company targets
  • Driving customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Italian C1-C2 level is essential
  • English at a minimum B2 level
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel (intermediate to advanced)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • A customer-focused mindset
  • Strong team player.
