Customer Sales Representative managing customer orders and inquiries for Italian-speaking clients. Working in a dynamic environment at a globally growing electronic distribution company.
Responsibilities
Managing the Order-to-Invoice process
Communicating with customers and suppliers, providing after-sales support (primarily via email, occasionally by phone or chat)
Order management and backlog monitoring
Handling and responding to customer requests and backlog changes
Coordinating with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics
Ensuring On-Time Delivery in line with customer and company targets
Driving customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
Requirements
Proficiency in Italian C1-C2 level is essential
English at a minimum B2 level
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel (intermediate to advanced)
Previous experience in Customer Service
Excellent communication and coordination skills
A customer-focused mindset
Strong team player.
