Responsibilities
Support tax technology and automation initiatives through change management, training, and adoption execution.
Execute and coordinate the Tax Change Management program, including deployment, scheduling, and ongoing support.
Partner with Tax Operations, Q2C, Resource Management, and tax teams to support priority initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and socialize tax standardization playbooks and best practices.
Design and deliver training for new tax tools, automated workflows, and standardized processes.
Work with tax vendors on training curriculum and plans to develop an effective curriculum tailored to different levels in the tax practice.
Serve as a primary point of contact for end users during rollouts, adoption, and stabilization.
Lead our local tax change management program and socialize and resolve issues and conflicts with tax leadership.
Monitor adoption and usage; provide feedback and recommendations to leadership for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting tax; Big 4 preferred
Experience supporting process improvement, standardization, or automation initiatives
Solid understanding of tax compliance and reporting processes
Working knowledge of tax software and automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI, data analytics)
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience supporting change and adoption
