About the role

Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing activities for long tail suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods

- Support basic contract management, primarily handling simple agreements such as blanket orders and ensuring they remain valid and compliant throughout their lifecycle
- Maintain and update supplier data in procurement systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records
- Manage supplier relationships with a focus on performance, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, supplier base rationalization, and process optimization within the P2P cycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure sourcing strategies support business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related fields
- Min. of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in procurement or sourcing
- Advanced English language skills (B2/C1), both written and verbal
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
