Responsibilities

  • Make a difference in your territory
  • Increase revenue and market share by executing targeted, effective initiatives
  • Manage your activities with autonomy and ambition, while respecting the commercial strategy
  • Develop and implement a solid action plan, supported by proactive management of your customer and project portfolios
  • Carry out regular, structured commercial activities to ensure performance and increase visibility of our solutions
  • Represent ARISTON GROUP and commercialize the ELCO and CHAFFOTEAUX brands

Requirements

  • Strong experience with complex sales cycles and technical projects in the collective heating sector (or related fields)
  • Knowledge of ELCO, CHAFFOTEAUX and ARISTON GROUP products is a plus
  • Natural leadership, leading by example, and the ability to unite teams
  • Energy, diplomacy and enthusiasm in customer relations
  • Rigor and strong organizational skills to effectively coordinate internal and external teams
  • Commitment and a strong sense of responsibility to advocate for the company’s interests with conviction
