Responsibilities
- Direct the design development from initial concept through construction, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory standards.

- Apply deep knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and design philosophies to ensure technical excellence and code compliance.

- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal input, promoting firm capabilities, and supporting pursuit of new opportunities.
Requirements
- Licensed Architect (OAA Member) with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in designing and leading healthcare projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM workflows preferred.
- Deep knowledge of building materials, structural integration, mechanical/electrical coordination, and construction methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior staff and fostering technical excellence within a team.
- Strong presentation, communication, organizational and team building skills.
- Experience in the delivery of Alternate Procurement/P3 projects an asset.
- Business development experience is an asset, with the ability to contribute to firm growth through client relationships and project acquisition.
