About the role

  • Direct and oversee quality assurance and control of water / wastewater treatment projects.
  • Provide technical expertise as QA/QC reviewer or technical advisor to ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
  • Lead knowledge transfer and development of staff within area of expertise.
  • Supervise and support the work of others while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
  • Manage technical coordination and leadership role on larger projects.
  • Oversee technical delivery of large or complex projects ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Support marketing and proposal phases of projects including preparation of scopes of work and budgets.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional reputation and seek opportunities to develop a regional profile.

Requirements

  • Minimum 20 years of water / wastewater treatment experience.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field of study.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License and ability to obtain license by reciprocity in other states as needed.
  • Strong client management skills, particularly in preparation and development of proposals and interviews.
  • Strong technical expertise and experience with water and wastewater treatment projects.
