Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the development of water/wastewater and stormwater projects as a client-facing project manager
- Manage the planning, design, and construction administration of projects to ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specifications, codes, statutes, rules, and regulations
- Communicate with clients, establishing goals and objectives for project teams
- Provide technical expertise on multi-disciplined projects as a design leader, QA/QC reviewer, or technical advisor
- Supervise and support the work of others while mentoring junior-level engineers and technical staff
- Work directly with clients to determine needs and deliver solutions
- Lead/Support teams in the marketing and proposal phases of projects
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field of study
- 15 years of water, wastewater and/or stormwater project experience
- 5 years of experience managing municipal water/wastewater and/or stormwater management projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
