Responsibilities
- Discovery mindset: Ability to investigate problems before proposing technical solutions;
- Agile development: Familiarity with low-code automation tools and digital portals (Power Platform, SharePoint);
- Data-driven monitoring: Use of concrete metrics, leveraging data cross-referencing to validate the effectiveness of internal processes and audits;
- Multidisciplinary coordination: Ease in liaising between corporate guidelines and the development of digital solutions for business areas;
- Innovation and governance mindset: Work synergistically with the Innovation team to absorb and apply best practices, ensuring projects and tools run in full compliance with Arcadis' governance guidelines.
