About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice, actionable guidance to the business on compliance topics
- Offer expert compliance / risk management advice on compliance-related fields

- Identify training needs and design global training and communication programs and materials
- Create and implement compliance related policies, procedures, contract templates, notices and controls
- Monitor compliance laws and regulatory trends, developments and best practices
- Provide consultation to project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Compliance program requirements
- Support with compliance-related business processes
Requirements
- A minimum of 7+ years’ progressive compliance experience in compliance or a related field (such as legal, audit, etc)
- Proven experience across compliance risk domains, including for example, anti-bribery and corruption; sanctions and trade compliance; third party risk management; value chain/ and best practices
- Excellent understanding of the regulatory landscape in which large multinational companies like Arcadis operate
- A collaborative and data and technology driven approach to embed operational compliance excellence
- High level of communication skills and expertise in consulting, coaching and presenting clearly and concisely
- Flexible and result-oriented with good ability to manage multiple, complex projects to completion
