About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of attendants and Micro Market routes
  • Coordinate and oversee product deliveries to client locations
  • Serve as the primary client partner
  • Coach, mentor, and develop your team
  • Provide ongoing, real-time feedback and recognition to attendants
  • Manage weekly inventory with precision
  • Champion a strong Service and Safety culture
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent
  • Ensure exceptional retail convenience execution
  • Resolve client service issues
  • Foster clear, effective communication at all levels
  • Maintain accurate business and administrative records

Requirements

  • Prior leadership, management, or supervisory experience (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics or related operational roles
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities independently and efficiently
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Valid passport or original birth certificate
  • Valid driver’s license
